very willing to share technical knowledge across the team and focus on technical growth of the team members, 
discuss technical resolutions and designs with the team, and drive the technical solution to the final conclusion.

As a senior member of the software development team, the candidate should have the ability to take-on challenges, set high standards, take calculated risks, 
nurture innovation in the team,adapt to the dynamism and overall business goals.

2. Work Force Manager

Candidate Profile - 

Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization)
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Familiarity with WFM Tools (Blue Pumpkin & IEX ) will be added advantage.
